Concept for a sculpture made out of a converted feed silo.
Its illuminated from inside by pulsing light.
The sculpture consists of a feed silo as it can be known by rural residents.
For my sculpture a silo is used in which the main body is made of transparent fiberglass.
This feed silo receives a translucent color change. The upper round part , the "head" will
be painted in turquoise blue and the conical lower part in lemon yellow color. The conical
part is extended with a thick tube in the same color. He is slightly rolled on the floor.
At night the whole object (also the tail-like hose extension) is illuminated from the inside
out. The light is pulsing and similarly attract attention as a firefly does.
